WHAT’S INVOLVED:

-A training program made for your, and tailored to your needs. Whether you workout at a gym or at home (as long as you have weights available to you).

-The training program is tailored to your goals whether you are starting off at the gym as a beginner, you want to lose fat, want to gain muscle, haven’t seen progress in a while? This program is made to change your life.

-Each Training block is reset every 6 weeks


-Detailed video and voice memos answering your questions are accessible at any times (as long as you have contacted and planned it with me)


-Weekly zoom calls are available to reflect on your progress and talk about any queries or concerns


-Form videos and corrections are accessible at all times
